Answer for example if 1156 is the total score obtained in the examination out of 1200 marks, then divided 1156 by 1200 and then multiply by 100

Answer: TO FIND THE PERCENTAGE,

ADD THE MARKS OBTAINED BY YOU IN BOTH THE SUBJECTS

THEN DIVIDE IT WITH THE TOTAL MARKS OF THE 2 SUBJECTS

MULTIPLE THE RESULTANT BY 100!!

AND WHAT TO GET NOW IS YOUR PERCENTAGE!!

EG: I GOT 50/100 AND 80/100

THEN PERCENTAGE IS,130/200=0.65

                                                        0.65*100=65%
