First of all just take a long breathe. Then slowly inhale and exhale then close ur eyes and stimulate ur mind that no one is there around you. Just become a bit nostalgic about your happy moments. Try to remember ur happy times. Don't shake ur legs or hands.. Just relax and go with the flow......

Hello ...
Here's your answer...

Being calm too is a skill , you need to develop...
Firstly, your mind must not be scattered...keep your mind concentrated as if you would concentrate you would be satisfied and you wouldn't feel nervous...

Secondly, have full confidence for what you are going to perform, whether it's an examination, interview, your dance, singing performance or any co -curriculum activities....

So here are few tips which I hope would help you...
1) Do regular meditation and yoga asanas- it would keep your mind concentrated and happy... this would keep your nervousness far apart from you...
2) tune up your mind by listening to song but if it's your examination then don't be distracted just relax by keep your eyes close and by emptying your mind for a minute or two...
3) Do inhale exhale , 10-20 times and drink cold water to keep yourself calm....
4) Don't be aggressive or ANGRY as it brings nervousness .....
5) Don't feel bad if you're being criticized....be happy feel positive but pay attention to your mistakes....
6) be away from people those who make you feel negative ..... But understand your demerits for better performance. ....
7) NEVER think that you are going to do something first time.... just have a feeling of enjoyment but be concentrated....
8) Read jokes or take a nap if you are feeling harrassed.....
9) keep up your attitude, positive ANGER and self confidence.....that you would surely be successful....
10) read inspiring quotes....
11) do pray , practice for your work , feel satisfied and Carry on.....
Good luck!
Move on....
And always remember: don't be afraid of walking slowly but from standing still....
Hope it helps!!
