Tap CANCEL ORDER. Orders can only be canceled before they are accepted by the restaurant. If your order has already been accepted you will not see the CANCEL ORDER option. You'll need to call Uber Eats at 1-800-253-9377 (or tap the CONTACT SUPPORT button) to request cancellation and a refund.
