Here is your answer-

If you use app then follow the given steps-

<>See on the top of the screen.
<>A option saying 'start typing your question' will be there, click on it.
<>Then type the additional information you want to add with the pic like `Answer this question', etc.
<>Then click on 'Ask question'.
<>Then see on the down. Three icons of 'Camera', 'Gallery' and 'Voice' will be there, choose the option camera if you want to click a pic and choose gallery if you want to choose a pic from your gallery.
<>And then click on 'Ask' .
<>Choose subject.
<>And post your question.

And you are done!

In site we can't do this, sorry for the unavailability of the option.
