There are very simple steps to clean it ....
1. first remove fishes from the tank to a bucket of water with cold tempreature.
2. then you have to drain out all the water in the tank by using a pipe .
3. after draining out water you should take out the filter .
4. remove the pumps and then clean the filter.
5.clean the tank with a slight pressure of water.
6. clean the tank inside also with a sponge.
7. then you have to fix pump and add water
8. add fishes too ...... make sure the water is cold.
