when you study do not concentrate on the things which you have did till now in your day only focus on the chapter what is going to be and live the chapter in your reality

Think about your goal or success.. think that only my goal is everything for me..... think about your future that if you concerate on study then your future or your success life will be well... Don't use phone,don't watch t. v..... you can watch t. v but you can watch only knowledgable things like discovery, news.... etc
After then you can also read with listening songs...... My frd you can concentrate on study.... and i hope you will concentrate on the study
