first turn on the mobile hot spot and net then see at the right of the computer you will see connecting options or in control panel and then connect it

If u wanted to connect Ur mobile data to computer then u should have some following steps.....
1). If ur computer have WiFi connection facility then u should on Ur hotspot to ur mobile phone..and automatically if there is facility ur computer will connected to mobile data by entering password for hotspot...
2). if no hotspot facility is available then u have to take a cable who connect ur mobile to computer and after going to settings there will option for USB data connection..if that will on then data will be accessed
