1)To construct perpenducular bisector

1)Take line segment suppose bc

2)Take more than half of bc and with that radius keep it in the b draw an arc above the line and below the line. Same do with c

3)The both arcs wil cut each other above and below the line. Then join the both points this is how it is constructed.

Now if want a bd perpendicular that means a perpendicular bisector for hypotenuse then follow the below steps

1)keep your compass in b and cut two arcs on hypotenuse.

2) Then follow regular steps , keep you compass in one point deaw arc below and bove the line.Sale do with other point as well .
