IF THEY GIVE ONE TANGENT:- then we have to draw a perpendicular which is of given length at any point on that tangent and taking that length as redius draw a circle by taking other end of perpendicular as centre so we will get our required circle.
IF THEY GIVE TWO TANGENTS:- we have to draw perpendicular bisectors of two tangents they meet at one point we have to take that point as centre and draw circle.
IF THEY GIVE TWO TANGENTS:- we have to draw perpendicular bisectors of two tangents they meet at one point we have to take that point as centre and draw circle.
