How to construct the following quadrilateral of given measures.
In MORE, l(MO) = 5.8 cm, l(OR) = 4.4 cm, m∠M = 58°, m∠O = 105°, m∠R = 90°.

Solution:

Steps of construction:

  1. Draw a line segment MO of 5.8 cm.
  2. Draw an angle of 58° from M and an angle of 105° from O with the help of protector.
  3. Measure a distance of 4.4 cm and make an arc on 105° angle line,mark that point R.
  4. From R measure an angle of 90° extend the line till it reaches the line of 58° angle ,mark the point E where both lines intersect.
  5. Quadrilateral MORE is drawn.
