CControlling anger can be sometimes really hard and anger is really a thing we need to consider and work on the betterment. I'm personally a calm person but inner me do get angry. some tips for you, it may help:

• Shut up your mouth (physically if needed) thhe moment you get angry. our words are so powerful, it can make wounds that won't heal easily.

• Count backwards from ten to one, clench your fist tightly.
