TO COME OUT OFF DISTRACTION:


→Always try to concentrate on ur works


→Be well prepared


→Cut off ur internet connections


→Turn off ur tab, phone etc...


→Do yoga regularly


→Sit simply and take some rest


→Then do breating exercise daily it helps u to come out of distraction


→Get enough sleep


→Put time table by ur own method


→Concentrate on all ur works sincerely
