➊. we can control the pollution by fitted catalytic converters on the base of engine. which convert the harmful gases such as carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide into harmless Nitrogen gas.

➋. it can be controlled by washing down the smoke and acidic gases by water in scrubber (tanks).

➌. it can also be controlled by installing electrostatic precipitators in the thermal power plants Chimneys.

Hey mate.....

here's Ur answer....

to control the pollution caused by fossil fuels

1) We can install chimneys.

2). We can use bio fuels instead of fossils..

3) Natural gases should be used more.

4) Smoke should be washed down to avoid pollution...

Fossils are conserved in nature and takes millions of years to be made we should lower their uses.

Hope it Helps❤
