How to convert a baser matel into precious metal? Pls guys explain with correct procedure...........

I am sharing my ideas. You cannot change 100 percent of any metal. To make it precious, You have to isolate it by reacting with other metals. You can galvanize a copper rod with zinc and give enough heat, You will get brass. But, by electrolysis you can electroplate on cheaper metal with little amount of other metals(gold, silver, platinum) to make it bit precious.
