How to convert organic carbon into organic matter?

Hey friend here is your answer.
the carbon is never said to be organic but a compound made of carbon as well as hydrogen with the proper interaction and known stable structure is said to be an organic compound or organic matter . the carbon is said to be organic in case it is a part of organic matter or organic compound only. hence you can convert organic carbon in to inorganic carbon but not an organic carbon to organic carbon....
