It isn't difficult if u have motivations and the certainty to do that yes u cab do this.
This depends on ur mind and your thinking.

for IIT/AIIMS/NEET
you only n only crack by study... these are not any normal exams.. you should learn as much everything on your finger tips... you should learn as much you know on which page of book contain which topic...
you have to keep in your mind your parents hopes for you and your dreams...
as well as you need more motivations..
