To create a custom Animation in a presentation use the following steps as follows.

1. Select the text or object.
2. Select the Animation tab.
3. In Animation group click the Custom Animation.
4. Custom Animation task pane appears on the right.
5. Click the Add Effect, it will display four options that are further divided into different options.
6. Select the desired effect.
