• PDFO
• Adobe scanner

I use both of this apps to make a pdf file I will tell you how to use them

First in PDFO when you install the app and open it you will get a white page and a red plus sign in the bottom

Click the red plus sign it will come camera or gallery

Choose camera and click the pictures of the images that you want to make a pdf

When you finish clicking the images down in the right hand side corner you will see pages are marked 1 2 3 4 like this click it you will get your pdf file click the option save pdf then give your desired name to the pdf
