by keeping our surroundings clean , by following the healthy measures, by keeping ourselves clean, by consuming good and healthy food which contains high amounts of proteins, minerals etc, by avoid the junk foods, by eating more fruits.

we have to wake up early in the morning.we should keep our surroundings neat and clean.We have to wash our hands regularly.we should make exercises every day.we have to eat more leafy vegetables,vegetables,fruits etc...............
