Go to the Facebook homepage (facebook.com) and fill in the required fields on the sign-up form along the right side of the page. Enter an email address that has not yet been used to register for a previous Facebook account, your first and last name, a password, your gender and your birthdate.

Explanation

Simply log into your main Facebook account and in the drop down menu on the top right side of your account select My Account and then select Use Facebook as Page. If you have more than one page you will be shown the options to select from, just click on the particular page you want to access.
