- avoid gluten and A1 casein.
- check your iodine .
- heavy metal detox.
- up your selenium.
- take adaptogens.
- cut out simple sugars.
- practice good dietary habits.
- reduce radiation exposure.

- consume more healthy fats.

Here is your answer

first of all let me correct you... Thyroid is not a gland. It's an Endocrine gland.

Thyroid is an endocrine gland which secrets some hormones. These hormones are Thyroxine (also known as T4) and Tri-iodothyronine (T3).

These hormones plays an important role in different metabolic processes occurring inside our body.

Due to low or high secretion of these hormones certain disorders may reported.

1. High secretion of these hormones results into a disorder known as Hyperthyroidism.

It's symptoms may be - fatigue, excess hunger, restlessness, panic attacks, heart palpitations, irregular or short menstruation (in females).

Such condition may be treated by - Certain medicines are available which contains Beta blockers and some chemicals which are antithyroid agent are can be used for treatment.
*please take any medication only by the prescription of specialists doctor. These diseases are mostly treated by Endocrinologist and Primary Care Provider also.


2. Low secretion of hormones of thyroid gland causes Hypothyroidism.

It's symptoms may be - poor development of body and delayed puberty, constipation, dry skin, hair loss, feeling of cold, high cholesterol level etc.
