Two words answer for your question : "Deep Breath"
Taking deep breath can actually help alot.
Here's a small exercise I was suggested.
Count 1 to 4 then hold you breath till 7 then keep release it till 10.
- Sometimes overthinking also contribute to strees. So one of things is to do is DISTRACT yourself.
- Keep youself busy so you won't have time to think about anything else that's going around.
- And also keep drinking a glass of water throughout the day or everytime you remember or also keep a water bottle around you.
