If you are wearing your winter sweater and you are freezing in your room - well the room temperature must like in the fridge around 4° C. If ice is forming in your room and your nose is freezing well it must be below freezing. You don’t need to be to scientific.

If you are in your summer shirt and you feel comfortable well the room temp must be around the 20° C. If you take of your shirt and you become thirsty and sweating and you are not diabetic - well the room temp must be around the 30° C. if you fell down and have a heath stroke well the room must be around 40° C - At a higher temp you are death. That simple isn’t it.
