symbols and signs can be pasted in the border lines, numbers, shapes

See give the border with numbers upto 1-100 then in the middle stick whatever you want to and then draw all the signs eg.+,=,/,% etc all over the page then take a light colour pencil like yellow etc and give some strokes all over the page. I think this would be enough or else the chart wouldn't look neat.
