only moderators can delete offensive or inappropriate comment ...normal users can't do that...

It can be happen only in web version. And mods can do it if they think its private or can't be seen by others.
The steps of deleting comments in web version:
● First, click on the flag which is ahead of the comment.
●Then click on the reason y u want it yo be deleted.
Note: u can delete only the other user's comments only.
