go to google and type delect Insta permanently then a link will come fill your password and your account will be selected in few days

first step to delete your instagram account permanently is to go to the setting then you have tk scroll down you will see a option of help center in it click it in this you have to search how to delete your account and then the paragraph open in first para you will see that delete your account is written in blue colour click to that and from there you can delete your account
