SPEECH ON RESPECT!! ... Respect is mostly given to elders, but in Reallity it should be given to everyone, it's just like a way of living. To show regard or admiration towards someone or something is called respect. To know it's value, to know how it is, is respect. Respect cannot be demanded, it only can be accessed.
