What do you mean by destroying the core, are you thinking of a possibility of cooling it down or removing the mass which comprises the core. Gravity is an effect of gravitational pull by a mass. Earth's molten core helps it only to maintain the magnetic field arround earth and the to carry on events like tactonic shifts. Effects of it will take another episode to let it be for now. So even if you cool the core down then also it will have the same mass as it has now, but there will be no magnetic field which will cause all of us to die, but the gravity of earth will remain the same. You might have studied in you high school that

g=G∗M∗m/r2g=G∗M∗m/r2

Here g is the gravitational pull, G is gravitational constant, r is the radius of earth, M is the mass of earth and m is the mass of any other object, it could be you, me or anything. Comming back, even after cooling the core M is goong to be same. So it won't effect the gravity. Second scenario is, if some how, I don't know how, but if you could manage to take out the core and throw it away in the space then definitely the mass will reduce and hence the gravitational pull.

I guess this answers you questions.

*Note- the equation works only when the value of r is not equal to zero.

Hi mate..hope it helps u..plz mark as brainiest and thank my answer and follow me...please..

Explanation:

simple answer to a simple question: no. We can't even shield things against gravity, nor reverse gravity in anyway. The only way I can potentially think of is that gravity is 'eliminated' in free fall. And by moving to the center of the earth you could significantly reduce some of its effects

plz don't ask such questions bro,,,i have what i know,,hope u understanding,,have a great day
