It's simple: Look at the year of conception and the mother's age at conception. If both numbers are even or odd it's a girl. If one number is even and one number is odd, it's a boy.

It all depends upon the sexual chromosome combination we knew females got to sex chromosomes namely XX whereas men sexual chromosomes comprise of XY when baby receives XX set of chromosome a girl is born and if baby receives XY set of chromosomes a boy is born
As only men have XY set of chromosome so whether child is male or female entirely depend upon Man not women Because women contain only XX set of chromosome
