take a toothpick. now gently scrape your cheek from inside of your mouth then take a clean dish and keep the whitish material which you get after scraping and then stain it with methylene blue or any other stainer and then with help of forceps gently place it on clean slide and then cover it with cap and observe under mclicroscope.
