yes they are congruent.

because,
PR=TS
PQ=UT
ANGLEPQR=angleTUS

So, they are congruent in SAS congruence rule

☆ Proof :

• Traingle PQR and traingle TUS are right angles.

• PQ = UT (given ; side)
PR = ST (given ; Hypotonuse)
<PQR = 90° = <TUS (given ; right angle)

• Therefore, traingle PQR congruent to traingle TUS
( according to RHS congruence rule )
