but what if there are many useful apps also which would help u in study but other apps disturb you while using useful apps

Well the answer to this question I m also finding out
One thing u can do
Before studying u close your eyes and think about what u want to become or what u want to do when you grow up
it will change your mind and your distractions
you can concentrate then hopefully
moreover u must turn off ur internet access before studying
so
henceforth
keep phn aside and study and become topper
