it is not necessary to read 12 to 14 hour but
if you've read only 4 to 5 hour consented
when you study you should forget all things like mobile phones friends..

first of all u should practice meditation and second of all when you sit to study switch off ur phone and choose a quite place.....if some thoghts trouble you just write it down on some paper....and still if it troubles say loudly"just stop"
