unitary method we will c how to find the value of a unit from the value of a multiple and the value of a multiple from the value of a unit.
ex ;balls cost ₹ 8. Find the cost of 3 balls.
Cost of 2 balls = ₹8
Cost of 1 ball = ₹8 ÷ 2 = ₹4
Cost of 3 balls = ₹4 × 3 = ₹12
ex ;balls cost ₹ 8. Find the cost of 3 balls.
Cost of 2 balls = ₹8
Cost of 1 ball = ₹8 ÷ 2 = ₹4
Cost of 3 balls = ₹4 × 3 = ₹12

hey , first take out value of 1 , then multiply it how much it wants it in question..
ex: if 12 mangoes cost 48, then find cost of 20 mangoes ?
Solution: Since, Cost of 12 mangoes is 48
Therefore, Cost of I mangoes = 12/48 = Rs.4
Therefore, Cost of 20 mangoes = 20 × 4
= Rs.80
