How to do well in exams?

1. Take proper rest and short nap at least once a day.
2. Start meditating at least 1 month before the exams. This will help to bring up self confidence.You can also, try writing your daily goals and at the end of the day mention how much you achieved. Reserve a diary for it.
3. Eat at short intervals of time. Never eat much at a time. Avoid eating fast food,rice, maida and bread.
4. Take more fluids and have more vegetables and fruits.
5. Avoid sleeping after 12 during exams and wake up at least before 6 am.
6. One day before exam review everything and write only the important points from each chapter. You can also write only one question from each chapter,but write and practice.

I think buddy that you would be depressed after reading the answer but there is no substitute for hard work that you should to give best in exams.
