Create a rough sketch of all of the facial features and do your best to insure they are correctly placed before drawing the smaller details.
Keep different parts of you drawing in roughly the same state of completion.

- take a photo
- draw a circle(oval)
- divide into 4 parts
- start from making light outlines
- For eyes just make few outline , don't complete it
- Draw the outlines normally as you draw for rapid sketch
- then start from the point you like for finishing it But don't start from eyes.
- Use different pencils to give shades
