How to draw tauc plot from absorbance spectrum?

1. How to draw Tauc plot for absorbance spectrum from the equation (αhν)2 = A(hν –E)? I collected absorbance spectrum using liquid cell (path length 1 cm) for ZnO nanoparticles. Where and how to get alpha α and A?

2. How to draw tangent line using to extrapolate to get the band gap for ZnO? Can it be done using Excel? Or do I need a special software for that?
