to earn respect u should respect others too .do ur best in any field . behave camly with everyone. don't tangle with anyone and do it best so that people may like u

You have to act in a more efficient way to be respected by the people, The following points may help you-
1. Actually you have to give respect in order to gain respect.
2. Take care if everyone is satisfied with your words or actions, ask about your bad qualities to your well wishers.
3. Be a kind hearted person and act kind towards everyone, also to the ones who are rude to you.
4. Listen to the people and their point of view towards a thing and don't argue unnecessarily with others. But also don't apologize if you are not wrong.
5. Control your anger, as most people like a lovely and friendly person.
6. Give a thumbs up to the work of others.
7. Always keep your promises.
8. Admit if you are really wrong.
9. Help others in the times of their problems.
10. Show that you are a leader and will guide others to their path of success.
