Here ay - yx - x^2 + ax
= ay + ax - yx - x^2
= a(y + x) - x(y+x) = ( y+ x)(a - x)
= ay + ax - yx - x^2
= a(y + x) - x(y+x) = ( y+ x)(a - x)
