How to factorise the term 6-x-x^2

Hey dear!

Here is yr answer.....


=> 6 - x - x²

=> 6 + 2x - 3x - x²

=> 2(3+x) -x(3+x)

=> (3+x) (2-x)

Hey there!

6-x-x²
= -x² - x + 6

By splitting the middle term, it gotta be

-x² + 2x - 3x + 6

-x (x - 2) -3 (x -2)

(-x - 3) (x - 2)

(x + 3) (x - 2)
