 \frac{15}{4}  - 7x = 9 \\  \\   \frac{15}{4}  - 9 = 7x \\  \\  \frac{15 - 36}{4}  = 7x \\  \\  -  \frac{21}{4}  = 7x \\  \\  -  \frac{21}{4 \times 7}  = x \\  \\  -  \frac{3}{4}  = x
