The verb also referred as a main verb that shows the tense and about the person or subject are called Finite Verbs where as the verbs that cannot independently refer the subject or tense is called Infinite Verbs.
Ex. Children *play* a lot.
Children will *play* a lot.
He *tried* to pass.
He has *tried* to pass.
In both the cases the Verbs seem to appear the same but the first of both cases are Infinite and the second are Finite.
