according \: to \: heron \: s \:  \: formula  =  \\  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\  \\  semi  - circle \:  =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}  \\  \\ s =  \frac{8 + 7 + 10}{2}  \\  \\  s = \frac{25}{2}    \\  \\ s = 12.5 \\  \\ area \:  = \sqrt{12.5(12.5 - 8)(12.5 - 7)(12.5 - 10)}  \\  \\ area =  \sqrt{ 12.5 \times 4.5 \times 5.5 \times 2.5 }  \\  \\ area =  \sqrt{773.43}  \\  \\ area = 27.81  {cm}^{2} (approx)<br />
