where is point of intersection B ,from this point draw a temporary straight line vertically and horizontaly meet on the x axis and y axis.
if we draw a straight line from point of intersection to the x axis it meets the x axis at point 4
if we draw a line horizontly from point of intersection to the y axis it meets y axis at point 12 .
thus, B(x,y) = B(4,12)

by adding or subtracting two given equation
or by substituting the value of x or y from one equation to other equation

then subtract 2nd equation from it
u will get value of x because y will be eliminate
then put this value of x into anyone of them
