Hi to find the equation of tangent ( which is essentially a straight line) you need these two.
1) The meeting point through which tanget is drawn.
2) Slope of tangent.
The meeting point can be estimated by solving the equations of the curves.
The slope can be estimated by finding dy/dx at the meeting point.
When you have above two the equation of tangent will be be
y-y1 = m (x-x1).
Hope this helps.
