For HCF u have to take all the factors of the no.s and then the factor which is the highest is the HCF.
For LCM u have to do prime factorisation of the no.s given and then multiply all the prime factors.
The product will be the LCM.

◆◆HCF is the Highest Common Factor.......
To find the highest common factor of two (or more) numbers, make prime factors of the numbers and identify the common prime factors. Then the highest common factor is the product of the common prime factors........

◆◆LCM=Lowest Common Multiple....
....The Least Common Multiple (LCM) of a group of numbers is the smallest number that is a multiple of all the numbers. For instance, the LCM of 16 and 20 is 80; 80 is the smallest number that is both a multiple of 16 and a multiple of 20. You can find the LCM of two or more numbers through various methods.......
I hope so it helps u........
