how to find leap year??

for example choose a year .say 2004 it exactly divided with 4 table .so it is a leap year
take 2007 it is not a leap year as it does not exactly divide with 4 ...
the years which exactly divide with 4 and get remainder 0 ..they r called as leap years .they have 366 days

for ex.

is completely divided by 4.its a leap year..


taking, 1999
it is not divisible by 4, thus its not a leap year....
