I think it is a statistics question.

First find median.
Then arrange the median and the given data in such a way that it maintains continuity.

Like the example in your book.

Then give there frequencies properly.
It is ready.

first calculate
n/2 that is sum of frequencies upon/2
then calculate it's cummulative frequency
after finding n/2 see the column of cummulative frequency see the cummulative frequency nearest to n/2 and greater than n/2
the cummulative frequency you have selected see the column it's your median class
