How to find number of neutrons without knowing mass number

im pretty sure the mass number=number of neutrons but if not, if you know the atomic weight of the element then round off the weight to the nearest whole number and you will get the atomic weight of that element. Subtract the atomic number from the atomic weight and you will get the atomic mass or the number of neutrons of that element.
