If your aren't able to send a user messages it means that you or the user must have blocked you. 
You ca un block a user from brainly.in Web site only . 
• First you have to go to brainly.in and login to you account. 
• Then go to search and find the particular user who you want to unblock . 
• On that user profile you will find an option called "write message" click that . 
• Later if the user is the blocked It will show you an option called "unblock" click that and your done !
